Water Monitoring concludes on new Bypass Route

Work completed this month on the monitoring of private water supplies along the proposed new Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route. The project, awarded to ERS by Aberdeen City Council in July 2013, involved the installation of water monitoring equipment at 22 separate locations, including several Sites of Special Scientific Interest.

The ERS team has now concluded 12 rounds of monitoring and sampling at each site, providing the Council with valuable baseline data with which to identify any potential impact from the road construction.
