We’ve had quite a few new starts join us recently in various roles, so we’d like to welcome them to ERS and introduce them to our clients and followers:
Merilin Melesk has joined ERS as an Estimator. She has a Masters in Civil/Agricultural Engineering and has spent the last 6+ years developing her skills working as a Geo-Environmental and Site Engineer on a variety of different earthworks and remediation projects.
Martin Currie is one of two new Graduate Remediation Engineers. He has a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, which he completed last Summer.
Suzannah Reid is our other new Graduate Remediation Engineer. She graduated from her Environmental Geoscience degree at the University of Glasgow in June.
Kristi Wilson is one of two new Graduate Engineering Geologists. She is another recent graduate, having finished her Geology degree at the University of Glasgow in June.
Mhari Campbell is our other new Graduate Engineering Geologist. Mhari is also a recent graduate and completed her Environmental Geography degree at the University of Stirling in June.
Ian-Ross Newbigging has returned full time to ERS as our new Graduate Field Scientist. He obtained a degree in Geography from the University of Edinburgh in Summer 2023 prior to joining ERS on a secondment as laboratory analyst for the on-site laboratory of a large remediation project.
And last, but not least, Willie Barton has joined ERS as our new Yard Hand. He is an experienced lead driller and has worked with our SI Team previously on many of our sites and is looking forward to a new challenge.
